MES University of Aeros

This university was founded in 3095 by psychic adventurers that had uncovered training techniques and research documents from the Psychic Authority. Those documents were created to continue the education of the Mandate's PA Universities. The system is in the city of Gubio on Aeros 4 in the Aeros System.
