Vos Proxima Psychic College

This university has training materials that date back to the Terran Mandate's Psychic Authority. These materials were used to help educate psychics after the Scream and have been used by the Immortals of Vos Prime to train a psychic workforce capable of sustaining their level of technology and advance it. This college is used to advance the understanding of psychic abilities and it's ability to craft the needed materials for PreTech and PSITech. Some who have left the college report what happens here, and on almost every civilized place who hears the tales, even those places who despise psychic, all feel pity for those in attendance.
