Terran Mandate University of Higher Learning

This university was established about 100 years prior to the scream. It was brought to the sector by the Xemendi Collective Effort Project which established a satellite location so their Scientist and Terraforming Engineers were able to quickly access the latest information and have an avenue to publish materials back to Earth as they made discoveries in the transformation of the Xemendi planets. It also allowed the support personal something to do in their off time.

After the scream and the silence that followed things didn't really change, except that quick route of information to and from Earth disappeared. Slowly the University became less and less used as the information in it was all that people had to study and as they grew board with education the facility stands all but abandoned. Staffed by the few and dedicated personnel.
