This university did not exist until the children of the first humans that helped restore the Wolf-Rayet Corporation grew old enough to need to be educated. The AI researches and their expert systems quickly took to the task. Having the educational programs from the Terran Mandate's educational systems including instructors that were actually part of the Psychic Authority. These individuals came together to create a university that in a mere 2 decades has become renown as one of the finest Primary School, High School, and University in the sector. Training is available for every subject from engineering to diplomacy to Psychic training to Arcane training in at least one Arcane art. They have professors that have come from across the Aerosian Free Trade Alliance and the Neo Mandate. They host events that even the Triumvirate Empire sends representatives to attend.

The School grounds are vast and have been setup well outside Rayet City and the colony of the descendants of the employees who chose to remain behind when the Black Star departed.
