Pertinax System

Pertinax is the construction branch of the Triumvirate Empire and is responsible for any government structure, ship, or station. Engineers form Pertinax will design the facility and go to where it is to be built and oversee construction. As such, Pertinax also maintains the military assets for the Triumvirate Empire.
